It allowed us to put a face with a name and discuss the project and what we wanted and what was the best way to accomplish it . Fran and his associate James were kind , professional and hard working. They did a great job and I will definitely be hiring them again for my other bathroom that needs a lot more TLC. He went above an beyond as I had kept adding little projects along the way ... replace my doorbell, fix a bedroom closet door, remove a latch on my basement door. He is such a good worker. Communication was a problem in the beginning with him not keeping in touch with me as to his work schedule, but that was worked out.
