He was prompt and professional. Our first conversation was Sunday evening and he and four other employees were ripping out my bathroom completely on Wednesday morning. They showed up at 8:00 sharp every morning and worked till 4:00 each day. We had some extra issues in the 65-year-old house that Usin handled professionally with complete communication. They cleaned up thoroughly after each day and there was not one time within this entire project that I felt insecure. That’s a huge bonus! I am thrilled with the way the bathroom came out. A leaking vent pipe and wiring concerns led to problems above the bathroom in the attic. I was completely aware that my roof was shot so we agreed it should be done now. Highly competent from the framing down to the last details of trim work, it was all very well executed. There were a number of utilities in the space requiring access post remodel. The design was well thought out and aesthetically pleasing to the point they look like design features! The rest blends seamlessly into the space. The sliding glass door that replaced the garage door looks like it was there from the beginning, and the exterior trim blends perfectly with the house, with the added benefit of being waterproof. The communication was great all the way through the project, from start to finish. I would absolutely use them for any future remodel!"
