"Technicians Joseph and Michael were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They worked the whole day in rainy cold weather to get the chimney back to safe working condition. "Spoke to CS rep Amanda twice, said, "make sure the guys know that I got a wood-burning fireplace insert (wood-burning stove) ". She acknowledged by saying "of course the do". Surprise! - "Amanda doesn't tell us nothing" is the response from the guys when they showed up. They did the work, made recommendations. The are a bit expensive (it's prolly season related) - $180 for cleaning. Would hire again, but would like to shop around for cheaper prices."
