"Rafael was great - he fixed our front door knob and lock, replaced another door handle, and our towel bar. He worked us into his busy schedule and came by on a day that was best for me. Rafael picked up parts he needed at Home Depot after assessing what we needed, and efficiently completed all three jobs."

We understand that construction is more than simply following drawings and making sure a structure is up to code. It's about making your vision come to life. This means that details are as important as the end result, the way joints are placed together, the careful installation of materials to showcase their beauty, the final brush stroke that finishes a project.\nFrom concept to completion, we take the time to make sure each milestone is met with the highest level of craftsmanship and professionalism. We stand behind our work, warranty every job, and make sure our clients are involved every step of the way.

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago. They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional, work very safely. They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half, all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails. All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. Great crew very professional!!!! Thanks for all your hard work.Al Couture Southwick Mass."

Grab Bar Installation questions, answered by experts

It is legal to put bars on windows in most places, but it depends on the type of bars you choose and the regulations in your area. For example, there are building codes in Mississippi, California, and Texas that forbid the use of permanently closed burglar bars on windows due to concerns about people getting trapped inside during fires.

Strike plates and security plates are the same thing, but there are strike plates that offer more security than others. For the highest security, look for plates made of heavy-duty steel, reinforced strike plates thicker than regular ones, and extended strike plates. It’s much harder to break into a door with these strike plates because they hold up better to force from attempted entry.

It is worth it to install window bars for a few reasons. Security bars can slightly increase the value of your home in the eyes of security-conscious homebuyers, especially if you're living in an area with a higher crime rate. You may also qualify for lower homeowners insurance premiums by installing security measures like window bars.

There are ample home security options available today outside of just window bars. Depending on your location, home’s layout, and needs, one or more types of home security systems may be necessary. You could consider doorbell cameras, motion-sensor flood lights, or window and door sensors. And in some cases, you may qualify for homeowners insurance discounts when you install one or more.

There are a number of ways to secure windows. You can add motion detectors or window sensors to detect movement and impact or change the window locks to make them stronger. Some of the ways you can secure windows are much like how you secure a home: closing the curtains at night and setting up security cameras outside so you can monitor your property even in your absence.
