"Great Customer Service equals great company. This is the first review I have ever written, but I was so impressed with Good Life Energy Savers that I had no option. Based on other internet reviews I hired Good Life Energy Savers to insulate my attic and exterior walls. Based on only a two-year sample I saved about 20% on my oil costs, but that is not why I am writing this review. This past Friday I called Good Life Energy Savers about an issue I found. I was told they would get back to me on Monday, and they did. They asked if they could come by to see the issues the same day, which they did. They acknowledged the issue and simply said they will take care of it, and they did. On Thursday morning a crew came by to fix it. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to satisfy me (the customer). Having been in the business world for over 40 years, I know not every job goes perfectly, so good customer service is important. This was excellent customer service. "Perfect wall LLC service was amazing! They went over the job with me and explained everything and taught me a thing or 2 about insulation. After the job I went to look at the results and it was exactly how he explained it! They use measuring templates you can see the actual depth of the insulation in all parts of the attic which was awesome. The vent out the exterior wall was so perfect I couldn?t even find it unless I really looked. Everything came out perfect they took the time to clean up very well also which my wife was very happy about! 10/10 would use again."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
