Please be careful with Charles Parker. He present himself as a decent man but he is a thief. I hired him to install windows for me for $8000.00 and he asked me for $4000.00 as a deposit,and he never came back to finish the job. I ended up suing him and won , instead of him paying me my money, he filed for bankruptcy instead. Please don't waste your money on him. I can't believe people have good things to say about him.

Top notch installed 1,050 square feet of insulation in the basement ceiling covered in 4 mil plastic. The company came on very short notice did a fantastic installation job cleaned up were very pleasant to talk with and I would highly recommend them to perform any of the services that they offer!

I would highly recommend Top Notch Home Solutions. Charles and his son (Charles) were fantastic to work with and knowledgeable about the trades. Charles did an evaluation for me of another unit in our building having similar attic issues that was spot on.

Charles and his crew were exceptional. I hired him mainly for insulation but ended up taking care of other jobs as well. He is a kind, professional, honest and fair individual. Him and his crew were very pleasant, very clean, very professional the work came out great. My house was way warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer time. I highly recommend Charles and his crew for all of your insulation and housing needs. I couldnâ t be happier with the results.

He was the first to respond. He arrived the next, did a great job.

I called several contractors and Charles was the first and only initial response. Thatâ s 1/2 the battle. Second, he showed up. We entered a contract and I could not have been more pleased and grateful. I recently bought a very old house and had no idea that I had no insulation in the walls and very little in the attic. My natural gas bill was $434.58 my first few weeks living here. Granted it was pretty cold in January and February, but that was insane. Iâ ve since received my next bill and the insulation has already started paying for itself. At least I donâ t have to dress like Iâ m outside in Alaska anymore. I highly recommend Charles and his professional team! I can finally start enjoying my new home without constantly being cold.

Charles, his Son and the rest of the workers were very conscientious and courteous. They were very through, insuring all area's in my basement and kitchen attic were well insulated. My kitchen ceiling was patched and painted. All work was performed as written in the contract. The company performed the work on the scheduled dates. I have an old house. I needed the vermiculite in my attic sealed & secured as recommended by the EPA. The attic needed to be fitted with thick plastic to eliminate fibrous materials from the vermiculite, which has the risk of asbestos from being exposed or airborne. This company's immediate response time to my inquiry was unprecedented. All other companies were putting me on waiting lists for weeks to even look at my problem or provide an estimate! Not Top Notch! Charlie was out to look at my issue first thing in the morning! He quoted the job & had a crew here to do the work first thing the following morning!!! My crew consisted of Charlie Jr & a gentleman named David. Wow. These guys were amazing. They immediately staged & got to work. They worked hard & steady for hours despite the staggering humidity of the day. What other companies were scheduling out for several weeks was done in less than 2 days!!! Each and every one of the three gentleman that came to my house were friendly, polite, professional good folks. I would recommend this company to the most critical consumer. These folks were very fairly priced & cleaned up after the work as if they had never been there. They went above & beyond, building up the attic access area with wood framing to prevent any future temptation of frequenting the attic area. The exposure risk has been secured, covered in thick plastic & with a deep layer of new blown in environmentally friendly installation installed. I am very interested in seeing how extra efficient my old home is this coming winter! Looking for that rare exceptional experience of professionalism at a super fair price?
