The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. "The work went really well.  Rick and Matt were very responsive and very knowledgeable.  They came out and gave us a quote for the work, which was more than we wanted to spend.  My wife and I bought all the raw materials for the fence, and tried to do it ourselves.  We started with a posthole digger, then a one-man augur, then a two-man augur, and just couldn't sink the posts deep enough.  
We went back to Rick, and was happy to do the job with our materials.  Matt came out and re-surveyed the job.  We agreed on a quote, and four weeks later they had two guys out there with manual tools, and they got the whole job done in two days.  Mind you that this involved a slope, and very rocky soil.  
We had a few concerns about some cosmetic/quality issues in small areas, and Rick dispatched the guys to our place that same week, and they fixed everything to our liking.  Rick also said that if the fence doesn't live up to their promises, or something fails, that we can call them back and they'll set it right for us.  
Very good experience, and we'll hopefully be using them again soon for another area.

"I have had a persistent roof leak in my room in tricky location where there is a jut out and a roof line meets into the siding. There was an ant infestation and some rot. I had paid someone $300 a couple of years ago to fix the roof and it still had leaked. I had taken the time to get a couple of other estimates and went with Nanfito Roofing. Although more expensive, my decision was based on the fact that I received a thorough explanation from Joseph (the sales rep) of what repairs were needed which included replacing 4 ft of shingles, adding new snow and water barrier as well as adding new step flashing. Not wanting to have to do this repair again, and having already thrown money at the problem, convinced me that extra effort was needed in this case. Efforts were made to also match the existing shingles (fortunately, I had held on to the packaging when when had it done and the company that made the shingles was still in business) So far so good. Checked after a recent rain storm and the area looked dry."

"Great again, hired them back two weeks after they came do yardwork and land clearing they put up my fence, row my entire property, a chain-link and salt a chain-link gate at the front of the property so people couldn’t use my driveway as a U-turn put an electric gate opener on there and they came out perfect I will be using them in the future and from now on they are my go to company"

"The painter did not retape but went over the section with paint. The ceiling looked great, the walls meh there were a couple nail holes and one empty nail that were painted over not repaired as per the deal. I was left a message that the quality of my paint was the issue. That may be partly true but painting over instead of doing repairs which were to be included in the deal was not ok. The ceiling was painted free since the painter didn't like how it looked. I guess it was worth the price but I think I could have done the same thing myself.
