"Mesias was very pleasant and easy to work with. He met me at the proposed job to give an estimate and did the job within two days of the meeting. I asked to trim up overhanging branches and low lying growth that was overtaking a horseshoe driveway. Also to cut the grass in the front yard. This was a neglected property that was going up for sale and I wanted buyers to be comfortable when it came time for showings. He did an excellent job at a fair price. I would recommend Mesias Rivera."

"I hired Osorio Irrigation to install a lawn sprinkler system in June of 2022 and it was the best investment ever. My lawn is green and growing well despite the extremely hot summer season. Will and his team neatly installed a 40 sprinkler head and underground hose system to adequately water nearly an acre of land . The job was done neatly and efficiently. It was obvious that the workers had installed sprinkler systems many times over . This company used top of the line equipment and finished the job in a day! I highly recommend using Osorio for your Irrigation needs"

"I would definitely recommend Dirt N More Property Services. Knowledgable, professional and worked within my budget. The team took care of removing lots of dead limbs and left the yard cleaner than when they started the job!"

"After meeting with Dave I knew immediately that I would have him do the excavation and grading for my new garden project. He had the same vision for the area that I had. The job took a little over a day to complete and was done to perfection. Top soil evenly spread with a york rake. All I needed to do was clean up around trees and seed. I couldn't be more happy."

"I loved getting the lawn assessment and care summary."

"General masonry was very knowledgeable , professional and capable. Andi and his men were not only skilled craftsmen but were very easy to work with. They built a beautiful walkway with decorative stone landscaping. They even returned two days later, without additional cost, to wash the pavers and deck as well as make sure everything was perfect. We are very happy with their meticulous and caring work ethic and would certainly use them again."
