We’ve never dealt with a more professional, cooperative, and efficient company. I, especially, appreciated the product knowledge and advice I received in covering all the windows and, particularly, as concerned the several problematic areas. For instance, there is a small window in one of the bathrooms. Malia suggested I not cover it as it really wasn’t necessary. I hesitated but that turned out to be a really good decision. Malia, never tried to talk me into more expensive options. Rather, she pointed out where to use our money to its best advantage and where to put less expensive options. I have not regretted a single choice. Fast forward 4 years and we noticed a couple of minor issues with 2 of the blinds. I emailed Malia to ask her if she could suggest someone who could do the repairs. Amazingly, she was out here in short order, took the blinds and liners (on rather large windows), mailed them to Hunter Douglas, had them repaired and we received them via FedEx to our home. My husband was able to rehang the blinds. Malia had the name of an installer, if we needed him. I was fully expecting to pay for this but she told me there was no charge! "Mike is very good at what he does. He fixed a broken cord on my blinds. I asked him to evaluate the other cords to see if they needed repair. Inspected the cords and said no they were fine. Eco. Very easily said all the cords needed replacements. He did not, indicating that he's a very honest businessman. I will hire him again if another cord on my blinds break"

"Nick came to my house and had great suggestions for my shutters. When the time name for the installation, the shutters were misplaced for a couple of weeks and I kept calling to see where they were. They were finally located and installed. The was a chip on one shutter and I had to ask if that was going to be repaired before the installer left. He did fix the chip, but I feel he should have seen it and repaired it without my asking. Overall the products is nice and I would use them again."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it.
