"Better than expected.  John was prompt, actually early to our scheuled time.  We we're in the process of moving and we was even willing to go over to the new house to help repair a door that would not close properly.  He was very concencious of the 3 hour timeframe, and although my husband wanted to talk with John to get some estimates for other repair jobs we needed, John made sure he spent the alloted 3 hour time to get all the origianl repairs requested for this appiontment completed before spending time to look at the additional items.  Very professional and excellent work.  We will be using your company again in the near future for our new home as well as the rental home."
