"In June 2025, I contacted Diamond Shine Drywall LLC and requested the company review my ceiling texture project and provide an estimate. The owner and his son came to my home on 13 June 2025 and provided me an estimate. He and his son started work on Monday, 16 June, but requested to finish the project on Wednesday, 18 June. On 18 June, at the end of the day, the owner indicated that he was not satisfied (and neither was I) with the quality of his work. He verbally promised that he would return later to fix the texture issue, even re-doing the project if necessary. I offered him additional income to complete the project properly, but he refused to accept, indicating that he would complete the project without additional income. He indicated that he first had to contact some sources in Denver on Saturday, 21 June, to inquiry about additional supplies. I sent a text to him on 24 and 26 June about the status of my project, but received no response. I also called him on 26 June and left a voicemail message, but received no response. Suspecting that he was avoiding me, I called him on 7 July via using another telephone, and he answered the telephone. He indicated that he was out of the country, and he would not commit to a specific date and time to finish my project. I sent him two text messages, July 7 and 18, but to date he has not responded. I contacted another company to finish the project. The company representative reviewed the picture of the ceiling and informed me that the Diamond Shine Drywall LLC did not properly apply the texture. On 25 July, the other company properly applied the texture on 25 July in two hours."
