They had skills in all areas, which meant there was not a need to coordinate and have schedule gaps when using subcontractors. Brian is an unflappable problem solver (and did!) and great to communicate with. Their work was professional and reasonably priced. I acted as general since there are some advantages for permitting a project like ours as a homeowner. I would use and recommend Brian again without hesitation."
