They were the first to contact me. Available for estimate quickly. Arrived on time for estimate. Very professional. Got one more estimate from company not from Angi. The second estimate was late and twice as much as OneClear Choice and tried to upsell more than what was needed. So I called OneClear Choice. Jonathan came out the next morning and did the job. Pleased with the experience from start to finish.

Garage Door Installation and Replacement
We wanted an inexpensive but secure door on a shed. We are disappointed in the product and the service. We should have been wiser when we were told we had to pay in full up front. The door is Clopay, but so much cheaper material than our other Clopay that we purchased years ago for our house. We did not purchase an opener, and there is no handle for opening and closing the door. When we asked for one to be installed, we were ignored. The locking mechanism is flimsy, not a replacement for what we had, and we were not advised of the construction before installation. It started malfunctioning from day 1. They did send out a service person once, but it is loose again and it is obvious it will not last after just a few months. We asked them to put in a sturdier locking mechanism and we would pay the difference, and to install a handle - never heard from them again. I cannot recommend this company.

Had 1 Clear Choice out in September 2020 to replace our garage door, all went well. But then in April of this year, 2021. The garage door started making a loud popping noise when opened, just as it reached the fully open position. Watched it and noticed the actual track was popping literally out from the wall and bending sideways. Called 1 Clear Choice and scheduled an appointment for April 22nd between 8-10am. When the technician showed up I showed him what it was doing and he immediately asked if we had the door lubed. I stated, no, since it was done in September of last year, only 7 months ago. He stated it just needed to be lube. I said fine, go ahead and do it, but stated I did not believe greasing it up would work. I also stated my surprise that if that did not work why would the problem not be covered under warranty. Again, I said go ahead and do it. Then I proceed to go back into the house because it was 36 degrees out and I did not have a coat on. The technician immediately stated if I was going to walk away he was not going to do anything. He also started in about me signing a contract when I purchased the door. At that statement I told him not to do anything and leave because of his attitude. He immediately became more intimidating and entered my garage demanding and trying to intimidate me, along with not letting me close the garage door. I at that time stated he was trespassing and needed to leave immediately, had to repeat that statement twice before he left my garage. I called another garage door company who came out the next day, April, 23rd, 2021. Inspected the door operation and immediately and found two problems. One was the bottom wheel was bad and this had caused the track to flex, becoming week. He replaced the wheel, adjusted the track and it worked great. No more noise. Only other problem is the weak track which is on order and will be replaced. 1 Clear Choice definitely does not honor there Warranty. Think twice before using.

Had my garage break over the weekend while my husband was out of town. I called on a Saturday night and they answered! They arranged to have someone out on Monday. I was able to open my door by hand in between those days. I didn't even have to worry my husband about it! Isaac came out and fixed it quickly. Then he explained all that he did. I later got an email that detailed everything with pictures. I also go a discount for being a customer already. We will definitely be continuing business with One Clear Choice!

Very disappointed with the experience with this company!! I chose them because of their reviews, which were very good! I wanted a simple garage door tune up. The servicer seemed to be knowledgeable and wanted to be accommodating and was polite, but did not have the necessary lube and grease to do the service!! He actually asked me if I had any of my own lube!! They did tighten a few bolts! My appointment happened after my 2 hour window and it was cold and the end of the day! The appointment should have maybe been rescheduled!!

One clear choice was recommended to us by Blue Ribbon Home warranty. After the inspection it was noted that the entire spring and hardware needed to be replaced. The technician Dusty completed the work and had the door working except that it left a small space at the bottom of the door because the door didn't go completely down, not thinking it was a big deal and being assured by Dusty that minor adjustments were covered by the warranty. On March 19, 2018 I called One Clear Choice to have someone to come out to inspect the door to find out what was preventing it from closing all the way. I was informed by a know it all customer service who diagnosed the problem over the phone without looking at the door that if I needed a technician to come out and inspect the door it would cost me an additional $69.00 on top of the $500.00 plus that I just paid in January to have the springs and hardware replaced. Be careful of this company because their customer service stops after they take your money. I plan on filing a report to the Better Business Bureau so hopefully someone else will not have to deal with lack of customer service displayed by One Clear Choice. Buyers Beware!

"sorry it took me so long to get to this.... admittedly we have not kept up with Home advisor as much as I would like. That is all changing by the way we just hired someone to take over home advisor and make the business source its own department. I am sorry for the experience you had. I must say that we do care and customer service absolutely does not stop after we have been to your home to fix a problem. Typically what we try to inform the customer of is that there is a possibility that what ever needs to be done on a return visit may or may not be a warranty. Sending a tech is always free. You are never obligated to do any work that we recommend. The lack of customer service you are frustrated with is not typical and I would like to help you out if possible. Again, I realize that this is seven months down the road. we just have not been focused on Home Advisor because our customers here are generally happy customers. Please keep us in mind. We are not perfect but We would like the opportunity to work with you again."
