"sorry it took me so long to get to this.... admittedly we have not kept up with Home advisor as much as I would like. That is all changing by the way we just hired someone to take over home advisor and make the business source its own department. I am sorry for the experience you had. I must say that we do care and customer service absolutely does not stop after we have been to your home to fix a problem. Typically what we try to inform the customer of is that there is a possibility that what ever needs to be done on a return visit may or may not be a warranty. Sending a tech is always free. You are never obligated to do any work that we recommend. The lack of customer service you are frustrated with is not typical and I would like to help you out if possible. Again, I realize that this is seven months down the road. we just have not been focused on Home Advisor because our customers here are generally happy customers. Please keep us in mind. We are not perfect but We would like the opportunity to work with you again."
