"Terrible experience. I had hired Mike multiple times previously and had great outcomes. Then, I wanted to replace plumbing in half of my home. He send his employee, who was a total nightmare! Screaming profanities in my home, never working, my husband ended up asking Shawn to leave. One of Bathrooms needed to be redone, because Shawn did all the work incorrectly. Mike had the nerve to tell me "he was losing money this job." Well, Mike never checked the other areas Shawn had finished. I had to redo my kitchen plumbing 5 years and ago. I also have had to replace my shower tile due to the incompetence of this company. No apologies, or accountability for the disaster. Only gaslightling, pretending to be a victim, and blaming his employee. Hire at your own risk!"

"Jason Dodge did a great job. Not only did he snake the drain in no time at all but he noticed the hot and cold water were reversed on my sink faucet and in 3 minutes he corrected it no charge! He couldn't have been nicer. I was only charged $100. for the whole thing. they have definitely become my go-to plumber!"

"So I've just sold my home in Lakewood and the Technicians at Time have come to repair a furnace motor and correct an code violation in my electrical panel that the city missed when I stalled 4 years ago. Their service has always been excellent. Madison returns messages first thing in the morning. The electrician Kevin Wendt explained the code violations clearly and corrected in 2 hours. I forgot the young man who repaired my furnace but he found the last motor in town for my model, potentially saving me having to spend thousands more. "I gave 2 stars since the requested work was completed at sundown, and would give the one labor worker who worked all alone in my yard 5 stars, but Patrick was dishonest and misleading. I agreed to the pricey bid based on what I expected to be his costs for HIS work all day, with a crew. He said more than once he would be there, with a crew, and have a hauler to discard the yard debris. He showed up with 2 men he hired outside of Home Depot, and the bed of his truck filled with debris from a previous job. He told me he was taking one worker with him to dump that debris at the Arapahoe Landfill, 24 miles roundtrip(!), and return with a hauler. Instead, he went to the bank to cash the partial payment, and was gone almost 5 hours, ignoring my calls to locate him. He returned without the other worker or the hauler. Be careful with this one -- put everything he "promises" in writing. "
