"I want to thank Jacob Tryon for selling me my Provia windows and sliding glass door. I want to thank the crew that installed them: Lorenzo, Ernesto, Pablo, Jonathan and Edgar. The crew removed and replaced 9 windows and a sliding glass door in 1 day! I also want to thank the 2 gentlemen that came and replaced the stucco, painting and replacing of my bars on my home. All the way through the whole process I was pleased with the professionalism. Everyone answered all my questions along the way. My Provia windows have more features then I knew. I absolutly LOVE them! I would recommend Flawless Solutions to anyone. I have already talked to some of my neighbors that asked about my new windows and my family."

"The DaBella representative Donald Davidson came to my house and inspected my roof. He showed me actual photos of the damage and explained how the new roof is constructed and how it functions with the vent system. Which is really an amazing system. I will recommend this company as I find Donald Davidson and this company very professional and innovative."

"We have a beatiful "new" stucco and stone home all thanks to Patrick Rafferty & his company, Confident Coatings & Exteriors Inc! Patrick's customer service was excellent, including daily visits to the job site and color and design consultations. All of the work crews consisted of hard-working, polite and helpful men who showed up consistenly on the day promised by Patrick. The stucco and stone work quality was excellent as was the trim painting and really every detail of the project exceeded our high expectations. Our Confident Coatings project finished exactly on-time and perfectly on-budget. Patrick and his team went above and beyond. We can highly recommend Confident Coatings without ANY reservations."

"I was considering painting my stucco after a severe hail storm. My research led me to believe "you should never paint stucco" because cement stucco is meant to "breath", like after rain, you see it dry out. I got 4 estimates for the repair of the cement stucco and putting a new coat of synthetic stucco. The estimates ranged from 48K, 43K, 28K and the lowest bid of approximately 20K. Tammy & Manuel provided an estimate and provided me with many references. I called each reference and all of them highly recommended MC Stucco. Several of the references were stated the high quality of work, the attention to detail, the clean-up at end of each day and how well the stucco is holding up. None of the reference required any call backs for discrepancies in their work. I hired MC Stucco and Stone for the stucco work and I added stone veneer to many areas of my home. The neighbors and my family members couldn't believe the great improvement. Tammy was responsive to my concerns/questions and provided me with answers and solutions to every concern we had. MC Stucco & Stone has now been hired by one of my neighbors based upon his very close attention to the work on my home. MC Stucco & Stone is the very best experience I've had with any contractor for any kind of work. I would recommend to anyone who has stucco concerns, questions or needing repairs. What a Great business."

Stucco questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can screw directly into stucco. Only do so if the item you are installing is a permanent fixture. Drill a pilot hole into the stucco using a masonry or concrete bit, then drive in the screw with a power drill or screwdriver.

Costs range from $500 to $2,000, depending on the damage size and texture matching.

Hiring a professional for stucco repair ensures accurate diagnosis and application of appropriate techniques to prevent further damage. They deliver seamless results that maintain aesthetic appeal and prolong the exterior’s life.

Properly installed and maintained stucco can last 50 to 100 years, making it one of the longest-lasting siding materials available. This durable material is known for its durability, and as long as you clean and waterproof it regularly and promptly repair any damage, it’ll protect your home for decades to come.

Most homeowners can remain in their homes during stucco removal, but expect noise, dust, and limited access to certain areas. For extensive projects or if hazardous materials are present, temporary relocation may be recommended for safety and comfort. Before removal begins, seal off the work areas and use air purifiers to minimize the spread of dust.
