Jack and his team were professional, knowledgeable, prompt, respectful, hardworking and went far beyond our expectations to make my moms home a much safer and more comfortable place to live. They were able to identify issues that we had missed which would have created many more problems in the future. They worked with us to find the best solutions. I now sleep better knowing that Jack and his team did this work. My mom has said to me nearly every day since the project was completed, I do not know how we got so lucky to get Jack and his team I feel the same! We could not have been any happier. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
