"I thought Dan, the owner, was excellent. He arrived on time; met me at the door with a mask on; walked around the house and, then, came in and told me exactly what he would do. He went back outside, hooked up all his equipment and went straight to work. He was quiet and worked thoroughly. Same for the interior. He was very respectful of our interior. Excellent in every way! "Well, overall. Thomas and his crew took the time to make sure things were done well. They arrived right on time, and stayed until they were confident that I was happy with the work. Thomas asked me to walk around and make sure every window met my standards, and when I pointed out a couple of windows that seemed to be less-well cleaned, he and his crew went back and re-washed those windows. The windows are sparkling now, and I am so relieved! I am always looking for a good deal -- but price reflects quality in this case, and I'm glad I called Thomas to do our windows."
