"I thought Dan, the owner, was excellent. He arrived on time; met me at the door with a mask on; walked around the house and, then, came in and told me exactly what he would do. He went back outside, hooked up all his equipment and went straight to work. He was quiet and worked thoroughly. Same for the interior. He was very respectful of our interior. Excellent in every way! I will recommend Radiant to anyone looking for someone to clean their window!"

"It was great. They were the best cleaner I have. They actually did their job. They did extra for me. They were cheaper than other cleaning company. I don't have any problems with them. They did a good job with my antics."

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, many professionals use biodegradable detergents and water-efficient cleaning techniques to minimize environmental impact.

Window cleaning costs around $220, on average, but you could pay anywhere from $150 to $300 or more, depending on the number of windows, how accessible they are, and the type of windows. Some professional window cleaners charge on a per-window basis at around $10 per window, while others provide a single price for your entire home. Either way, more windows will mean higher cleaning costs. Picture windows tend to be the most affordable because they don’t require cleaning of internal components, while double-hung windows and skylights increase your price because they’re more complicated to clean and less accessible.

Costs depend on fabric type, drape size, cleaning method, and whether additional services like pressing or deodorizing are included.

Professional window cleaners typically use either a white vinegar solution or a commercial hard water stain remover to clean hard water stains on windows. A common vinegar solution for this purpose consists of one cup of white vinegar mixed with a gallon of distilled or bottled water. The pro will spray the mixture and lightly scrub the window with a scrubby pad before cleaning with a standard cleaning solution. Alternatively, they may use a commercially available hard water stain remover and a scrubby pad, followed by a complete cleaning.

Clean with non-abrasive cleaners and a soft cloth, avoiding ammonia-based products that can degrade the film.
