"DMD did an amazing job from start to finish. Lindsey was our sales person. She came out 3 times before we hired them to do the work. She was prompt, patient and professional. She gave us lots of good ideas on which type of windows we should put where. We did Pella windows and Anderson doors. All of which are great quality and look beautiful. She worked with us through the entire project, answering questions and even coming to the house a couple times to trouble shoot. The install team, Eric and a couple other guys, did an equally amazing job. They were also prompt, courteous and professional. They cleaned up every day and were very respectful of our time and our home. There were a couple punch list items at the end of the job. Mike came out and fixed things right away. It took a couple visits but they communicated through the whole process and let us know what to expect. There was even an issue with scratches on one of the sliders. None of us knew how they got there. Lindsey took care of it and got us new glass installed at no cost to us. Very good customer service and communication throughout our entire experience with DMD.
