"My roof was severely damaged in our recent hail storm. Trio came out and provided an estimate on a roof replacement for my insurance. They handled everything from estimating to working with my HOA and insurance company so I didn't have to deal with that headache. Everyone I have dealt with from Trio was friendly and they informed me of every step. I love how everything came out and I have them scheduled to come back out in July to build my dream deck so I can enjoy this summer outside. Definitely give these guys a call. "I hired the Restoration Guild (as HOA president and individual owner of units )to complete the demo and restoration of a nine unit apartment complex that was engulfed by a large fire. This job was quite complex as there were multiple owners and the HOA common space to deal with. Everyone that came on site from the Restoration Guild was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. Mr. Tenney helped us to navigate the complex web of the multiple insurance claims ( different companies for the individual owners and the HOA. ) and permitting that came along with his project. Not only was the final project beautifully completed in a timely fashion. "These guys did a great job on our deck repair project. They replaced 4x4 support posts with sturdier 6x6 posts on our deck as had been recommended in our home inspection before we purchased. They also evened out a place where the deck boards had shifted to be lower than the rest of the deck. The team, headed by Juan, did an efficient, impressive job getting everything completed faster than I would have imagined (on some very hot days, I might add.) And the whole crew was so good natured & polite. Mark came out to go over the quote before the project started. He understood the needs for this deck repair so well that he was able to come in at nearly half what our highest bid for the protect was. He saw how to do the project in ways others hadn't realized it could be done. Because of that, he saved us A LOT of time, effort, and money with his proposal, and it worked perfectly!
