"I hired the Restoration Guild (as HOA president and individual owner of units )to complete the demo and restoration of a nine unit apartment complex that was engulfed by a large fire. This job was quite complex as there were multiple owners and the HOA common space to deal with. Everyone that came on site from the Restoration Guild was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. Mr. Tenney helped us to navigate the complex web of the multiple insurance claims ( different companies for the individual owners and the HOA. ) and permitting that came along with his project. "These guys did a great job on our deck repair project. They replaced 4x4 support posts with sturdier 6x6 posts on our deck as had been recommended in our home inspection before we purchased. They also evened out a place where the deck boards had shifted to be lower than the rest of the deck.
