"Thomas was very professional and polite. He did a very expert job of getting my indoor fireplace working again after several years of not being able to turn it on. Then he cleaned everything thoroughly and made it look like new, as well as cleaning the area around the fireplace. He also checked my fire pit and made sure it was working properly. "I received phone call minutes after my request for a service . They set up appointment for the next day ! Logan arrived , cleaned my gas fireplace beautifully. He informed me of issues that might arise in the future and how they might be remedied. For now he just needed to clean the parts which is why it wasnâ t working correctly.
