"Finding a realtor can be difficult, especially in the overly saturated market you'll find in Montrose. When sifting through a sea of glamor shots, you hope to get a realtor who will communicate effectively and works hard for their commission so at the end of the deal you are left feeling relieved and satisfied that you got your money's worth. Debi provides none of that. I'm honestly baffled as to where all the money goes apart from her shiny truck and injectables. Is it invested in a photographer to help showcase your property in its best light? Nope. She takes it upon herself to photograph your home with her iPad (yes, iPad) marching through your home like a tourist that got separated from their tour group in Times Square. Did I pay for peace of mind? HA! She assured me that her job as the seller's agent would be to ease my mind until closing. The only thing the woman is good at is starting fires. Between her and her assistant sending vague texts and hard to decipher emails that seemed somewhat urgent, when my husband or I would ask for clarification, she was quick to rattle off a list of reasons why she was unavailable like being "out to eat with family' or other personal business I had zero interest in while letting an offer sit in her inbox like it's no big deal. The topper of this nightmare sundae was the fact that the woman couldn't even be bothered to settle up with us at closing. As we were out of state and had to mail our documents in, it was left in my husbands hands to follow up with the title agency to make sure everything went through. NOT ONE SINGLE WORD FROM DEBI. We waited over the weekend to ensure our money was in our account, which by a fair assumption would only allow me to believe that she too received her money, and still NOT ONE SINGLE WORD FROM DEBI. No "thank you for your business" No "I truly appreciate the fact that I just took thousands of dollars of your money and did absolutely nothing to deserve it" NOTHING. My only assumption is that she possibly had an adverse reaction to her fillers, so when that settles down I'd be more than happy to tell her exactly where she can place her freshly plumped pout THAT WE PAID FOR no less!! With that being said, I suggest you go to your nearest book store, purchase Real Estate For Dummies, immediately throw the book in the trash. That way you're only wasting $19.95 and not the thousands of dollars we did feeling like just another number in the monster of a machine that is Montrose's ridiculous market right now and you'll still be way ahead of the game. Complete and total waste all around. And Debi- from the bottom of my heart, you are so very welcome"
