I am a retired commercial real estate broker and reside in California. I have worked with Mark Floyd in March, June, July, October, and November 2011. He has familiarized me with the area and specific neighborhoods, has shown me houses and condos, has visited houses for me, has always acted promptly, and has helped me formulate a business plan for doing residential rehabs specifically in Pagosa Springs. He is knowledgeable and helpful.
As a result of his help, I was able to conceive a tight rehab plan and attempted to make a first offer in July (but the property was already under contract). Since then I have made a second offer (backup offer currently pending) on another property. It would have been quite difficult to do so (and potentially financially disastrous to do so) without Mr. Floyd's help.
I have taken a while to hone my rehab plans for Pagosa Springs, but I expect to make more offers in the future through Mr. Floyd now that I have confidence in my plans. Mr. Floyd represents me via a Buyer's Broker agreement.
The Re/Max fees are reasonable and competitive with other real estate firms.
