I am a master window cleaner, studied electrical theory for four years while I was an electrician. I love being a father and a husband but it doesn't pay well so I do these other jobs to pay the bills. I am an honest hardworking person. Over the years I have developed great relationships with other service professionals and that is why I am able to offer such a wide range of services to my clientele. They were noticeably drafty in the winter, and we can hear literally everything happening outside. Additionally, when doing our taxes this year, we realized that the windows they installed are only certified for energy efficiency in the Southern US -- basically, Florida and Texas. They do not meet the certification standards for Colorado, even though we emphasized energy efficiency as a motivator, inquired multiple times about the rebate process, and after the entire sales pitch was based on how they're based in Colorado and are designed to handle the high UV and swings in temperature. The actual contracts that we received had no information about specific model numbers for the windows either -- they only say 'Infinity' as the brand, so we couldn't have looked it up even if we had the foresight."

"Shawn was at my home to install two doors. Everything went fine so I asked for a bid on replacing the underneath of my patio cover from vinyl to osb soffit material. He showed up late both days, raised the bid $375 right after he arrived, telling me he measured wrong. (First clue, measured wrong? Is that my fault) He then added for painting which we had already discussed. He demoed the vinyl, leaving a strip around the edge. I asked what he was doing and he said he was putting the board in the vinyl strip. Would you not ask the homeowner first. If I’m eliminating vinyl, would I want the board placed in the old vinyl strip? I have two small dogs. I asked them to keep the nails picked up and MAKE SURE TO LATCH THE GATE! Thank God I shut the doggie door!! I went outside and they were nailing away and the gate was wide open. He ran out of spackle, used some I had and got mad when I told him I could not leave to go get some. I had another guy in the house bidding a project. I asked him why he wasn’t prepared with supplies. He loaded up his stuff and said “I can’t work for you!” He left my job unfinished. I paid him. Thank God my dogs didn’t get out!! I read a review about his stone work. Perhaps he should stick to that!"
