Honestly, that kind of sucked. I wouldn't recommend them, and it was a lot of back and forth.

He was very, very good! We never had a problem with him. We were trying to negotiate the price, and he really worked hard for it. He got us the price we wanted, and he got it done quickly. We also appreciated that he recommended it to a really good mortgage broker, and they just did a nice job for it. There were no drama and no trauma. We went through smoothly. He responded to my calls and my emails, and he is very helpful in all aspects. He was paid by the owner, so we did not pay him anything.

She is awesome. She became a fast friend, but she is good at what she does. We talk regularly. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate in Grand Junction and Fruita. She has got great customer service skills, and she is a good listener. She has got a great connection to mortgage brokers; it was fabulous. He obviously had to do his part, but the fact that she has got an awesome lender under her wing made it extremely easy for me to buy this house. We are already looking at another deal.
