"My experience with Clean Air Genie was great. They were professional and knowledgeable explaining everything to me clearly and provided pictures and videos before and after the work was done. My air ducts were pretty bad (hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years) and they were able to get them very clean and sanitized. I appreciate that their prices were transparent and fair for the work. "I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."
