Small jobs welcome

"My experience with Clean Air Genie was great. They were professional and knowledgeable explaining everything to me clearly and provided pictures and videos before and after the work was done. My air ducts were pretty bad (hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years) and they were able to get them very clean and sanitized. I appreciate that their prices were transparent and fair for the work. I will definitely recommend!"

Small jobs welcome

Hello my name is Josh Swope and I am the owner of Noco Junk Removal. We are a go green company that recycles and donates your items as much as possible. We take items to the landfill as a last resort. We offer discounted pricing as much as 15% off and free estimates! We are a owner operated company and I am on the jobsite as the owner on every single job!\n With my company we do our best to cut up items that aren't salvageable with our sawzalls so we can save everyone money on volume. To many companies charge for full loads and never break down the items first and charge full price in the meantime! We also stack our loads in a professional manner to save room and volume on our loads so customers get the bang for their buck! \nFeel free to message us and we will return the call as soon as possible! \nThank you! Josh Swope owner/operator

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Vinegar, bleach, chlorine, barley straw, and a bevy of dedicated algaecides can kill algae, which is the easy part. Preventing algae from returning can be a struggle for some homeowners, but keeping the patio well-maintained and clean is a good first step.

It generally involves soft washing with eco-friendly detergents to remove contaminants, avoiding high-pressure methods that can damage materials.

To maintain metal roof health, schedule regular inspections, clear debris from gutters, and check for signs of corrosion.

For the best chemicals to clean a metal roof, stick to gentle detergents such as dish soap, laundry detergent, or car-wash soap mixed in a diluted solution of ¼ cup of soap to 1 gallon of water. These mild cleansers are safe for most roof finishes but are still strong enough to remove remaining dirt particles. Chemicals like bleach or acids can damage your roof, poison landscaping and grass, and pose a hazard to you and your family. If your roof is very dirty or you think it requires chemical cleaning, call a roof cleaning professional.

The cost of removing snow from a roof averages between $300 and $700. However, this cost can range from $200 to $3,000, depending on the size of your roof, the amount of snow, and roof accessibility.

Since snowfall can range from light powder to heavy and condensed snow, part of the price of roof snow removal depends on the amount and type of snow. For 12 inches of snow, you can expect to pay between $200 and $2,000 for this job. However, for 24 inches of snow, that price rises to $300 to $3,000.
