"Trustile called almost immediately after I submitted for quote and then came out the same day to provide the quote. Laid the tile two days later and grouted the day after that. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and they did it very well for a reasonable price. Just really nice and competent folks. I’d recommend these guys anytime."

"Josh was very prompt, efficient and professional - personable too. He was very honest in assessing our particularly difficult cleaning situation, but happily was able to clean everything beyond all expectation. The whole experience was great!"

"Great communication and excellent advise. Ended up replacing the grout and recaulking the tub. The price was competitive and the end result made those old tiles look like new again."

"Nik helped us install a kitchen backsplash that we ran out of steam to complete ourselves. He was punctual, a good communicator, and the job came out looking great. I'm pretty picky about how I like things to look and I'm happy with the outcome. I felt his cleanup at the end could have been a little more thorough as I had to cleanup leftover grout and splashes on my cabinets."

"It went wonderfully! We did not use your average ordinary tile as that’s not our personal style! So while more skill and accuracy is needed to achieve our vision, they did so with ease and in a timely manner! It’s more than just functional! It’s our art in reality!"

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

You can remove hard grout haze with vinegar or commercial grout dissolver. Follow the label instructions on commercial grout dissolvers to remove hard grout gaze. For DIY solutions, combine 1 cup of distilled white vinegar and 4 cups of water, apply it to the grout, and let it sit for about 10 minutes before wiping away the haze.

Professionals remove dust, allergens, and stains while preserving fabric integrity and enhancing the appearance of window treatments.

Yes, grout haze should be removed prior to sealing and the grout should be allowed to dry thoroughly. All grout, except epoxy, should be sealed to protect it from erosion, dirt, and spills. Sealing grout also prevents it from absorbing moisture which can lead to mold and mildew growth.

When cleaning porcelain tiles, avoid products that contain ammonia, bleach, and other harsh chemicals. Acid-based cleansers can damage the tile, though you can clean them with a diluted mixture of one-quarter cup white vinegar mixed with one gallon of hot water. It is important always to use a soft-bristled brush or sponge, since hard bristles and steel wool can scratch the tile.

Yes, mold can grow under your shower tiles if they aren’t thoroughly waterproofed. Even if you have a durable, non-porous tile material, water can make its way through grout or gaps around the edges of the shower. This will slowly erode the grout, which can cause tiles to come loose. It can also trap moisture behind tiles, and within a day or two, mold and mildew can rapidly grow.
