"Very professional job and very well done. They came to replace two cables on the garage door however the cables were fine The spring needed to be replaced as did the rollers. Everything that was fixed was done well and efficiently, The technician was friendly and helpful in recommendations and letting me know how to maintenance things so they last longer. "Roger, Chris and John of the install team did a great job. Arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The crew kept me informed of each step of the demolition and install process and let me take pictures so I could send family and friends. My home is 40 years old so we had a plumbing issue. West Shore sent their top plumber to fix the problem. Sorry I don't remember his name. They finished in one day as promised, even though they had to work well into the evening because of the plumbing issue. I really love my new walk-in shower."
