"Luke assembled a trampoline after preparing and leveling the site. He emphasized safety for the kids on the tramp as a priority. He was very conscientious- showed up on time, completed the project thoroughly, cleaned up, and was reasonable in price. All of which made the young jumpers and adult non-jumpers very happy!"

"Most of this project involved moving everything from one place to another and that included disassembling and reassembling some of the furniture items. Will and his team are beyond awesome. Due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances we had to move four times in less than a year. The first move was from a 3rd floor apartment where part of the stuff was moved into a storage unit and some moved to an Airbnb on a temporary basis. Less than two months later, we had to move in to the new apartment on pretty short notice. Again, Will and team arranged their schedule to accommodate our needs of moving stuff from the storage unit and the Airbnb into a 2nd flour apartment. After several months in the new apartment, there were problems that could not be resolved, requiring yet another move to another apartment on fairly short notice. Again, Will and his team came to the rescue and moved everything to another third floor apartment. Note there are no elevators in these apartments."

Small jobs welcome

"Dillan did an awesome job fixing my pergola. He was reliable, showed up when he said he would, and the quality of the work turned out great. Everything feels sturdy and looks way better than before. He paid attention to detail and made sure it was done right. Definitely recommend him if you need someone dependable and skilled."

"Ended up doing a full bath remodel, enlarged the bathroom, stripped down to the studs and made a larger high-end bathroom. Also did several small projects as well. Very professional, knowledgeable and perfectionist members of the team. Stayed in constant contact and always kept us informed of what problems they encountered and how they were going to fix them. Highly recommend Jim and Steve and their team for both large and small projects."

His attention to detail, quality workmanship and professionalism greatly exceeded our expectations. We were so happy with Steve’s work that we immediately booked him to install additional cabinets in our dining room."

"We needed to remodel our upstairs bathroom due to a medical situation in that we needed the tub removed and walk-in shower put in. So I get on HomeAdvisor and make a request. I get the three contractors and after I had the first two over, which were good companies, but not connecting with what we really needed. Then I get a call from a guy named Alex from Mannis Home Enhancement. He let me explain what we needed and wanted and why. He looked at his notes and asked what our budget was and I told him. That's when he started to say here is what we can do. The next day he comes back with Brett who would be doing the work. They both had questions for me and we came to a plan of action. The next week the project started when Brett and Darius show up and the first thing they do is start putting down heavy duty protection paper on the hardwood floors leading to the front door and through kitchen to garage. Plus they laid out heavy duty construction walk off rugs at the doors. We had already agreed they could use the attached garage as a "shop" for tools and such. Dumpster arrives, plastic barriers go up, demo starts down to bare walls. I decided to leave it up to Alex as to what kind of vanity, shower head, glass door, etc. He read our mind to the tee infarct even better. It's because he was listening in the beginning. So time to go home the first day--nope--that when the clean up started. They even wiped off the door handles and vacuumed everything. Brett helped pick out the paints that would go with the room. He is a master at laying tile. He and Darrius were very professional. Darrius was the tile cutter and what a nice person always smiling and cracking funny stories. Oh yeah Brett had his music going, it was classical soft music. I told Alex that we would be calling him back later in the year to do the down stairs bath same way as upstairs. Turns out they had about a 10 day window to do it right away. So they started right away. It was so much better for us as well as we are retired and didn't need basement for that stretch of time. Oh my it was a 1970's bathroom that was a cluster that was just thrown together. They put the door in the corner at a 45* angle that gave us a lot more room. Now we have two beautiful new bath that were on budget and everything that we wanted . Thank you so much Alex, Brett, and Darrius. Thank you M, Annis!"

Trampoline Assembly questions, answered by experts

It may be tempting to DIY the construction of a swing set to save money, but we don’t recommend it. Since children will use the swing set, the entire system must be solid and safe, meaning the cost savings aren’t worth potentially endangering them. Plus, most DIYers will have to build their swing sets out of wood, which won’t last as long as metal or vinyl and introduces the risk of splinters. Instead, hire a local playground equipment installer to ensure the swing set is built safely and efficiently, setting up your kids for fun for years to come.

Yes! It’s always a good idea to anchor your playset. Even though they’re heavy, it doesn’t take much wind to blow one over. Anchoring everything to the ground makes it a lot safer for your kiddos.

Material markup costs and labor expenses are the additional primary costs of hiring a playground installer over building your own set. Labor costs are typically less costly than some more specialized home improvement projects. DIY swing set construction is less expensive than professional installation but will take considerably more time and effort to perform.

There are many different types of basketball hoops available to choose from.

  • Portable hoops are fully moveable and generally do not require assistance with assembly.

  • Semi-portable in-ground hoops have an anchor cemented in the ground and a removable post.

  • In-ground hoops are fully built into the ground as one piece and cannot be relocated after placement.

  • Wall-mounted hoops do not have a post or pole and work well when space is limited.

In most cases, your professional playground installer will put down a playground surface before assembling the fun-filled system. However, you should ask your installer about this service before booking an installment date. Most playground equipment installation companies offer service add-ons like leveling the area, laying down a surface, building a border to keep the surface material contained, and setting up the swing set.
