The gutter crew did a great job of replacing the old gutters/downspouts and replacing certain areas of rotted fascia. Alex and the paint crew did an outstanding job of house prep and painting. After being told we needed to replace whole trim pieces for an excessive cost, Juan inspected and was able to patch and repair the holes much more cost effectively.. He also found a couple other smaller areas that needed minor repairs and fixed those too. Juan is prompt, friendly, trustworthy, skilled and kept his word on days and arrival times. We will definitely use Juan for future projects. "
