STS Stucco & Stone LLC

Erich was professional in the bid phase, but once the work started, he no longer was.  I hired him to stucco my entire house.  Before we signed the contract, I told him I insisted that there would be no smoking on my property.  I soon found cigarette butts all around the house.  He has put up some stirafoam and sanded it, leaving huge amounts of debris, but never bothered to clean up after hisself. He also said he would bring over a flatbed trailer to haul away the old siding.  I am still waiting.  And speaking of waiting, he got about 3 weeks into the job and I have not seen him since (it has been 4 weeks now).  I left phone messages, text messages, emails and I get nothing.  He still has scaffolding here, but no sign of him.

They did a great professional job.  They put the stucco on and even painted the window frames.  There were many things that weren't in the contract, and they actually did them at no cost for us.  I highly recommend them.
