The building is 18 years old, and the original stucco was not holding up especially well. We decided to re-stucco the entire building; correct the original flaw; and re-seal around all the windows and doors.. King did a great job. It looks like a new building. They crew worked really hard and got the job done within the original time estimate despite some significant rain delays. Overall, a great result and we would definitely hire them again."
