Our membrane roof had been replaced prior to purchase a few years ago, but still leaked. It turned out the stucco along the parapet wall had many little cracks that had been patched over with a material that was inappropriate and was now peeling. I'm a DIY guy myself, but this was a task that required professionals. One unit sold in June 2022 and the building inspection identified a construction defect that affected the entire building and needed to be corrected. We took bids, and identified King Plastering as the best candidate. They werenâ t the cheapest bid, but we liked their reviews; A+ rating on the BBB website, and 25 year history. The building is 18 years old, and the original stucco was not holding up especially well. We decided to re-stucco the entire building; correct the original flaw; and re-seal around all the windows and doors.. King did a great job. It looks like a new building. They crew worked really hard and got the job done within the original time estimate despite some significant rain delays. Overall, a great result and we would definitely hire them again."
