"horrific. installed incorrectly and started separating after a couple of months. baseboards installed not straight - some upside down. took months as they would leave and not come back for weeks. left a huge mess - trash not just from construction but from their lunch etc everywhere. carpet on stairs cut incorrectly and gaps at the wall. owner threw literal tantrum when we asked them to fix it then wouldn't talk to us. also put a nail through a water pipe causing thousands in damage and weeks of clean up fixing their mess cost more than the job originally. never ever ever use these guys."
