"I enjoyed working with Gerardo and his team. We needed our two back patios power washed / cleaned, and various places touched up in a terracotta / brown color. Looks great."

"I needed to replace the carpet in my rental property and wanted something that flowed nicely but wasn?t carpet. Everyone I spoke with tried to push extremely expensive hardwood or tile, which just didn?t make sense for a rental. When I talked with Thomas, he suggested luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and took the time to explain why it was a better fit for what I needed. He explained that LVP is durable, water-resistant, easy to maintain, and holds up much better to tenant wear and tear, all while still looking clean and modern. The price difference was significant, and I really appreciated his honesty in recommending an option that made sense for my situation instead of trying to upsell me. The end result looked great, stayed within budget, and was exactly what I was looking for. I would absolutely recommend Founder's Renovation to anyone who values practical advice and fair pricing."

"Great experience with this company when I had them remove wallpaper and paint a bedroom. Dave Shipley was detailed in his estimate, and when he came across unexpected complications (have to admit, I expected them) he spoke to me about the extra work and we agreed on the cost before he did the extra work. He and his team completely protected the carpeting, even though I told them it was going to be replaced. They set up a paint booth in the garage to spray several doors and when they were finished they even removed the staples from the rafters. They arrived on time, kept me updated at the end of each day, and cleaned up after themselves. Their care and attention to every aspect of the job was phenomenal. I already have other paint jobs in mind, and Brush Masters and Dave Shipley will be the ones I call again."

"Clint did an excellent, professional job building a beautiful Trex deck for us. He was courteous, hardworking, and very accommodating of all our concerns and design preferences. He followed all applicable building codes and paid great attention to detail. He also did an excellent job cleaning up after the project was completed. We highly recommend Clint for his quality workmanship, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction."

"Excellent response time and communication. It’s difficult to be consultative during COVID-19 but Wayne was just that. He even visited a showroom for a new product we were interested in and consistently engaged with the company. Would highly recommend."

"You were exactly what we needed and did excellent work! Thank you for working around our schedule."

"Frank contacted me quickly and took Care of the task he went above and beyond just like the name says he was very professional and knowledgeable about the job and he got it done very quickly and it was done correctly I'd definitely be having Him do more work for me and I would highly recommend him for any of your jobs my wife was very pleased with the work and gave me a few kudos which made it All Worth it to see her happy thx frank ."

"Had my 2 bathrooms redone and my kitchen remodeled. Jonathan and his crew are wonderful to work with. Work is done on time and they did an outstanding job. I have gotten so many compliments on my kitchen and I was more than pleased with the work. My bathrooms are beautiful, fully tiled and I could not be happier with the work done. Prices were good, estimates given before the job was started so if I had any questions or concerns, I got them answered prior to the job starting. They cleaned up so well after the work was completed, so I had absolutely no concerns there. I definitely recommend Central Services and I would definitely use them again in the future."
