O'Leary and Sons

We had our deck built in about 2019. Whenever I meet someone new in Jackson Creek, they refer to my house as being the house with the beautiful deck. They kept their promises about price and timeline. It was so nice to NOT have to micro manage them. The workers were professional and highly skilled craftsmen. They arrived when they said they would. They cleaned up at the end of each workday. I didn't have to worry about my dog stepping in debris. The deck turned out to be even nicer than I imagined. The measure of a really good company is not the initial install, but how they respond to issues. We only had one issue with the handrail about a year after it was install. O'Leary sent a gentleman who fixed it up right away. I would recommend anyone needing a new deck.

I contacted O'Leary and Son's for a dilapidated and dangerous deck that I was scared to allow my children anywhere near. Tim gave me a fair price and sent out two fantastic carpenters, Lloyd and Brian, who were very polite, knowledgeable, and professional and built a deck for me and my family that we will enjoy for years to come. From my Family to yours, we thank you for all the enjoyment we have and will continue to have with our new and beautiful deck.

We had OLeary and Sons build a front porch for us, and our experience with them was not good. It wasnt that the workers or workmanship was poor, it was the management of the company that was poor. Their communication with us was lacking, and their communication amongst themselves seems to be lacking too since one person there would tell us one thing and another person would contradict it. They seem to be unorganized. My husband was concerned about the roof line not being level, and the management there made him feel he was in the wrong even though he had checked the levelness himself. Thankfully, one of the workers addressed the issue and corrected it. All the invoices we received from them state that the balance is due on completion of the job, but they wanted us to pay the balance before the job was complete. When my husband informed them that we werent paying the balance until the job was complete, OLearys was not happy about it. Our experience with other contractors was to meet with them once the job was complete to see if we were satisfied with the job, and if so, we paid the balance. Because of our poor experience with OLearys, we are having someone else do our back deck.

Timâ s crews are hard working, genuine craftsmen that care about every detail of your project. Absolutely love doing business with this company, and love our new deck! Quality, price, customer satisfactionâ ¦ theyâ re all-stars in every category! I wish there was a sixth star for them!

One of our clients recommended them. I had hail damage and they were great waiting for insurance adjuster to do his thing which took a while. We had to wait until spring bcuz I work tax season and they honored their quote. Work was just completed and I love it! Only problem is now weâ re moving and it would be hard to take my beautiful new deck with me...

They did a great job building our deck. The crew that came out was friendly & did a great job of answering any and all questions we had. There s was a small hiccup in the end but a phone call to the office took care of that. They came out promptly and addressed the issue to our satisfaction. We had our old deck replaced with composite and it is absolutely amazing. They did an amazing job, the precise cut outs around the bay window, the door, the gutters is impeccable. Our crew was very courteous and very skilled. The table in our deck is extremely heavy and they removed it then replaced it no problem. I can t wait until warmer weather when we can get out and really enjoy it.

After reviewing the Better Business Bureau 5 star ratings for deck builders in the Colorado Springs area, we chose and hired O'Leary & Sons to replace our old 600 square foot wooden deck with a new 600 foot Transcend Composite deck with metal railings and a Pergola on it. My wife and I sat down with Tim and John to design and plan the new layout. We discussed the design that we would like our new deck to look like and they showed us some Transcend Composite deck designs they already have built. They also suggested some great ideas for our new deck which we were really please with. Understanding the delays in weather and other elements, they were able to meet the scheduled date we were looking for them to start building our new deck. Ryan and his crew were able to build and complete this project in 11 days with the highest quality and workmanship. We are so dam pleased with the design of our new deck. Friends and Neighbors who came to see it were totally amazed of what a great job they had done. Customer service with this company was really fantastic. Any issues or questions during the building process was address right away. We hope that O'Leary post pictures of our signature deck on their web site as we are so proud of it and everyone can view their fantastic quality of work. If there was a rating of 10, we would rate them at that. Highly recommend this company.

They rebuilt the stairs on my deck and power washed and restained it. Over the winter be it Mother Nature's, my fault or bad stain but it started peeling this spring so I asked if I could get addition stain at they're cost, not only did they come and view my concern they again power washed and stain my deck at NO cost. I didn't expect that and I truly belief they went over and above they're responsibility. It doesn't get any better than that. Thank You Very Much O'leary and Sons

Selling a house a few years back and discovered the previous owner never closed the permit with the city. O'Leary and Sons came up with a plan to get the deck up to code. Well Done

It's been a year since I hired them (forgot to write a review back then), but I remember them doing a good job for a fair price. We were interrupted by bad weather a few times, but they stuck with me and got the job done.

They were prompt, did the repairs better than what was done with the original build.

Our deck was in much need of repair as the wood below, supporting the top surface (composite material) of our deck was rotting and becoming soft, making our deck unsafe. We could not afford to replace the entire deck and O'Leary and Sons was the first contractor to tell us we didn't have to! They were honest about what needed to be done and educated us about what was going on with the existing wood in order for us to make an informed decision. The cost was VERY reasonable and took the stress of a financial burden away. We found O'Leary and Sons to be professional, responsive to all communication and great people to work with!! We highly recommend O'Leary and Sons and plan on using them again when the need arises. Thank you Tim, John, Julie and Crew!!

Experienced crew accomplished the job easily. They were friendly and arrived when they said they would. Cleanup could have been more thorough but what was left was really minor. Tim is personable, knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely hire this company again.
