"The owner did an ok job for the money. I paid him $500 to fix a crack on the stucco on the front of the house. He was several hours late which would have been fine had he called me. Once he completed the work the color that he used to paint over the patch did not match well with the stucco color of the house. I asked him if he could go back to see if he could match the color better. He said yes but once I paid him he did not come back. He also required half of the project cost up front."

He completed his work in about an hour; gave us some helpful hints on ways to avoid this happening again, and thoroughly cleaned up the area he was working in.
