My biggest disappointment was that our time changed for the day of our service and we weren't notified because for some reason "the automatic emails didn't go out for some reason on Saturday". We were very disappointed this happened as my roommate took time off work to be home for this. We did contact the company and they made amends by offering a discount on the cleaning, which we greatly appreciated. They were extremely quick but very thorough and the house looked wonderful after they finished cleaning. I do wish they had taken off their shoes on the carpet, or at least wore booties, as we had the carpets cleaned a few days before the date of service.
