Our standard turf grass for new or existing lawns is a drought tolerant variety that comes in thick and beautiful and stands up to traffic amazingly well, using significantly less water than normal bluegrass sod!! We use 100% wood fiber hydro-mulch at extra heavy application rates as our standard practice, to better protect the seeds and provide the best water retention possible in this dry climate. We add to this our own custom blend of fertilizers and soil stabilizers agents, that are both natural and organic making all products used completely safe under all circumstances.
