Mario and his staff have been taking care of my lawn for the last 10 years.  I can't say enough good things about them.  They are professional, courteous, on time, but most of all the work they do is a amazing.  Everything is cut to perfection, including all edging.  They take care of my yard as if it were their own.  (My dogs have play toys which I try to collect the day before but inevitably I miss one or two--these guys carefully move them out of the way.) 
I receive a lot of compliments on my yard and I know it is due to Mario and his crew.  By the way, he has assigned the same 2 men to my home for about 10 years--no turnover--no strange faces--just professional and the best quality work I could imagine. 
It's sad to see the F that someone gave them for not returning a call--PLEASE DON'T PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THAT REVIEWER when considering Mario Centeno.  If he gets  your call, he returns it!  He stays very busy as he works right along with his men every day, but he could not be more polite, kind and professional and would never intentionally return a call.
If you can sign on with Mario, you'll be lucky!!!  He is THE BEST.

I need someone to cut my grass about every 2 weeks. A return phone call would have been great.

This is the third year they have done the big spring cleaning for us. Three guys were here this morning with two remaining all day. The worked hard and the yard looks wonderful. At the end of the day someone from the company came out to look at the work. My husband and I walked around the yard tonight and it all looks great.
After years of mowing the yard on our own, they have been with us for the past three years. I got a few other estimates and tried somone else a few summers and then we went with Amazonia. They were originally recommended by a friend. We have been very pleased with thier work. We think it's wonderful to have reliable service.
I read on another review that they did not call back in a timely fashion. It's worth waiting for them to call. Once you begin your serice with them they will be here like clockwork.

I called them and left a message requesting a quote - the guy called me back right away and told me it wouldbe $30 to cut and trim the lawn. I said to go ahead and I would decide after the first job if I would keep them - he agreed. The guy showed up with a 60" John Deere and cut the lawn in 1/2 the time it would have taken me. He trimmed the whole place too. The entire job was done in 30 minutes and sure enough, only cost me $30 bucks. Needless to say, I hired them. They arrive like clockwork every two weeks, and my yard always looks great.

I have been using them for a few years. I will use them again.

I called Amazonia twice on 7/26/2011 and 7/27/2011 and left messages and got no response, so I called back in the late evening the following day and spoke to Mario Centeno and he stated he did not work in my area, but never acknowledge he received my voice mail messages or not. i thought they were not in business anymore.

Mario and his crew are wonderful. I found them on Angie's list and sent an email requesting an estimate for weekly lawn mowing. Two days later Mario gave me an estimate ($35/week) and the lawn was mowed that week. They work very quickly, but thoroughly mow and edge. We have a lot of flowers and bushes in our yard and they have not damaged any of them. We also needed a massive poison ivy/oak vine removed from the back of our garage. Mario did it within a week for $145. I highly recommend hiring them.

I gave Amazonia an A. So far I've been happy with this recommendation from Angie's List. It's the first year and in the spring we will hire them again.

This is a great company. I would recommend them without hesitation. They are very reasonably priced and Mario is always accessible for advice about the lawn and our gardens. I went through a few other companies before I found Amazonia and the quality of work performed by Amazonia is far superior to the others.

Mario Centeno and his crew are responsive and dependable. We have entrusted our lawn care to Mario for several years. He is knowledgeable and generous with advice, and very pleasant.
