"Jack, Amanda and their crew did an excellent job, with good communication to explain exactly what they would be doing. We had questions about the pressure washing phase, but Jack took the time to demonstrate exactly how the cedar siding would react to more aggressive pressure. We ended up using a Sherwin-WIlliams SuperDeck CedarTone transparent stain which was perfect for our project. We’ll use JK Construction again. Nicely done!"

The crew removed and replaced 9 windows and a sliding glass door in 1 day! I also want to thank the 2 gentlemen that came and replaced the stucco, painting and replacing of my bars on my home. "The project was to remove old Pella windows and install new Hurricane/Impact rated heavy duty Pella windows, exterior French doors and patio glass doors. The guys created a custom scaffolding system to safely install a 4 high and 4 wide window array in a 3 sided staircase. Replace patio doors etc through out the 11,000sqft house in Aspen. The project was flawless. removal & installation went really smooth and faster the I thought it would because of the weight of the doors & windows. The doors open and function much better than original ones. Thank You Rosendo & Amador"
