Yes, Marcus Garcia and his Jen2 team are prompt, polite, hardworking, from start to finish and estimate and price the work accurately and fairly. There is more to the story. We attempted to contact eight Pueblo and Pueblo West Companies to clear the tall grass, weeds, and brush that was rapidly overtaking our desert landscaped property. We sent them all a brief standardized description of the work and the land areas involved. Jen2 alone, responded immediately, came out the same day to estimate the work, and a week later our acre size yard was restored and cleared, and we were delighted with the work done. The other service companies contacted either failed to respond altogether or sent prefabricated emails and text messages within the time it took Jen2 to finish the work. So, start by contacting Jen2 if you have tall grass, weeds, and brush removal job, and avoid the disinterested candidates."

"The services, from the sales rep Frank, (who cussed in front of my 3 year old, failed to respond to messages and walked off the job), to the unresponsive management and unreturned phone calls after an incomplete job leaves us without thousands of dollars and a horrible looking lawn. They did not finish the job nor offer to remediate, only stating we were “confrontational” after asking what they would do to fix the problems. Even if that was true (which it is not), the job we paid for is still not completed, confrontations or not, and that is what we paid for. New sod, not their opinions on how we handles our unhappiness with their lack of professionalism. They left an unfinished job with 100% of our money up front. They even broke our fence! Take it from us, do not do business with anyone who asks for all up front if the job isn’t complete. Sod was left out in sun on a pallet in 100 degree heat for 5+ hours dying before it was started to be installed, the ground was not properly prepped, and weeds and grass are now growing from underneath the new sod laid. They laid the sod in the wrong places. They left a mess, were unprofessional, disrespectful, and sadly did not operate in a Christian manner. We are having another local landscaper have to fix the problems, and they are shocked at the way our lawn was left by this company. Save your money and do business elsewhere. I guess turf masters does not care to help their customers. BBB will hear from us, as will Secretary of State and beyond. We are just shocked this is the way they operate."

"I was quoted a price for 2 services: a light resurface of my concrete deck for $4100 and a stain and sealer on top of it for $2800. When the job was finished, it looked fine and paid in full for the project. A few days later it began raining and rained on and off for 4-5 days. When the deck finally dried up, it looked much worse than it had before the work was done. Duane agreed than the surface did not come out the way he expected and that it needed to be redone. Since it became too late in the season for Duane to redo the stain and sealer, I asked him to refund the $2800 I had paid for the portion of the work. He refused, saying he would come redo it in the spring. I asked him why he thought I should 1. let him use $2800 of my money over the winter and 2. trust him to return to complete the job satisfactorily. He got mad and now I'm going to take him to small claims court to get a refund for the unacceptable work he did."
