The trim for the top of the stairs is coming off. The flooring in the bathroom pops when you walk on it. I have called several times and "Drake" told me to call the installer, which i did, and no response. I have called ""Drake" several times and he has ignored my calls. They dont have a problem selling you their products but they dont follow up when needing repairs. I will never recommend them to anyone."
