Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, an attention to details exceeded all of our expectations. The water feature has become the centerpiece of our backyard. His knowledge of proper drainage, pump systems and stone placement is extensive. The deck work is phenomenal. We now have a beautiful deck that everyone enjoys. The compliments on our deck and yard are overwhelming! Ricky had excellent communication with us throughout the entire project. "No work was done today yet they want to charge me $92. The appointment was set up over 20 days ago. Never have I had a company not send a reminder. When I ask, the lady tells me they have over 200 or 2000 customers so cannot do reminders and that I did not ask for a reminder. The units are Airbnbs, I try to be courteous to my guests by announcing when I am coming to the property. Additionally, with blow out, the water will need to be shut-off temporarily, I cannot just do that last minute without notice. Furthermore, the initial appointment was for 3pm – 5pm but the guy shows up just after 12noon and now you want to charge me? And for what exactly as no work has been done. Reminders are easy to set up as a business. Even an outlook or google calendar will set up reminders. I will NOT be using this company and would rather find another company that will not be this disorganized and then act like asking for a reminder is a “special request.”"

"I posted a request for a landscaper who could assist us with our back lawn in our new construction home in Littleton. We had a small budget and was not sure a professional company would even consider our job. We met with 3 companies - two from Angi's list and one who was doing our neighbors yard. D&D was our top choice not only because of the price (was able to work with our budget and was a good 20 - 30% less than the other two bids we got) as well as amazing communication, documentation of the process, on time installation (actually started a few days early when his crew finished other jobs ahead of schedule) and overall ease of working with Daniel. We had some other family issues during the time of our move and the fact Daniel was so easy to work with, was a man of his word and followed thru with a great final product made it such a good experience for us. I HIGHLY recommend Daniel and his team! We plan to add to our yard in time and will be calling D&D again!"
