"Luiz was professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire project. He and his crew removed old popcorn on 18 foot high ceilings and then sprayed knockdown texture. Prior to the removal process, all of the walls, floors and handrails were protected with plastic covering. All work was completed expeditiously and all workers were extremely polite going above and beyond to please us. We were also very satisfied with the cleanup process. "Hired Pepe several months back for tape, mud and orange peel texture of a master bedroom I remodeled myself. Home is a newer 2014 scrape & build in Platt Park area. Finishing work is of higher grade quality than the drywall crews being used by top tier builders that built our home and others in area (ex, Larsen/Craft). Pepe's head guy has been doing this for 20+ years, and it shows. Will be bringing D & J back to do a grade 4 slick in garage (workshop) I'm finishing, as well as some home theater amendments. Needs to be a bit more on top of clear communication, but for the quality of work and fair price point, very easy to look past. Once they arrive, it's on! Spent a good deal of time wading through other HomeAdvisor high rated drywallers, either the job was not worth their time (ie spoiled by the times) or they wanted to charge price gouging rates for a straight forward 2-2.5 day bid. Don't get taken advantage of due to the very "hot" denver housing market. When things eventually calm down/soften, those are the types that risk not having enough loyal client base to stick with them through tougher times. Short-term greed over long-term loyalty rarely works out. D&J is at very top of the my rolodex list for anything drywall. Strongly recommended and thanks again!"

"This is the second time I have used Sam, he originally removed popcorn ceiling about a year and a half ago. His work is beyond outstanding. I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel so when the time came to complete the drywall repair prior to the new floor and cabinets being installed, I did not hesitate contacting Sam. He is the best. He was able to fit me in his schedule which I was very appreciative because I have the floors going in next week. He quickly repaired all of the drywall from the cabinet removal and electrical work which was a lot of work. We opened up the doorway into the kitchen so we can eventually get our refrigerator through, we had to take the fridge out through a door that will likely be eliminated during the remodel. Anyway, he patched up the doorway, our house is 1947 so it is plaster with wire mesh in the old drywall. The texture in the family room leading into the kitchen is unique and Sam performed some sort of stompdown texture to match. He can do anything with drywall. Finally, he did some quick repair on a wall where a cabinet is intended to go and added the drywall after. The whole project looks amazing."

"Remcon came, assessed the situation, and gave us an estimate for clean up on the next working day. They put up a plastic curtain to isolate the mold spores so they wouldn't fly all over the house and cleaned out the area and left wall open so we can watch it to see if we have any more leaking.They did a great job and left the area very clean and dry. We are waiting to see if we can identify any further leaks. Once we are sure leak problem has been solved, we will contact Remcon to come and restore wall and suggest new flooring for area involved."

"After seeing a coupon and reading some reviews on Angie's list, I called Paul at 8:00am after the refrigerator had not been working for the past 24 hours. He returned my call by 9:00am and set an appointment time between 11:00am and 1:00pm. He arrived on time. He tested several parts of the fridge and explained that the problem was with the defroster thermometer. Went to purchase the new part and replaced it. I was so pleased that he actually returned my call in a timely manner, arrived at the appointed time, and explained exactly why the fridge wasn't working. He was friendly and the price was very fair.
