They did a great job and were really good about shoe covers and were great about answering any questions I had. I would definitely hire them again.

I called Parkey's today (Saturday) to get a furnace repaired at my mother-in-law's house. They advertise emergency service but apparently that's not true. After being put on hold twice, I explained the situation but was told their furnace guy couldn't come out until the next day. I always thought Parkey's was a larger company than that, but apparently they only have one furnace person. I don't think a company should advertise that they offer emergency services if they don't actually provide it.

The technician informed me that the damper would have to be replaced and provided a cost estimate for the damper and new control board. I was told the dampers are no longer made and that the control board had to be replaced to work with the new damper. Also, a sales person would have to come assess replacing all dampers. The salesperson came to my house and reiterated the need for the new control unit and later that day provided a quote of $3,272 to replace all dampers and control board and wanted to know if he should write a proposal. I inquired why the price (for one damper and new control board) he quoted was higher than the technician quote - no response. I then requested a proposal sine I needed that damper repaired - no response. While Parkey’s doesn’t have to conduct business with me, I’d expect them to tell me that instead of ignoring my requests. I decided to move on to another local company that was recommended on the manufacturer’s web site. That company was able to immediately find a damper that works with my existing control board. They installed the damper in working order for 15% of what Parkey’s told me it would cost. So Parkey’s was either trying to rip me off or they’re incompetent in their own business. Regardless, if you use Parkey’s for a major effort, suggest you get competing quotes.

We explained the issue to the technician, he confirmed our observation, and immediately addressed the problem.

I left 2 messages asking for a quote on having work done. Neither message got a reply. Not impressed.

Great! He identified the problem and got right to work. He clearly explained what he was doing and why it was necessary.

This company doesn't not travel to Cripple Creek, unless you pay the double amount of money!! I think this company should put a circle of area where they will come to work. I am a paying customer and more then willing to pay for good work!! NOT for for being over charged!!!

Good. Suggested personal repair on toilet; I did and it worked. Found bad expansion tank and replaced it.

Showed and explained the current state of my furnace. Suggested several options such as repair of gas valve or replacement of furnace. Very professional and informative.

Called to have a pilot light serviced. Was informed service charge was $79 + repair cost/s. The service charge of $79 just to show up seemed high. I found another Angie's List "A" rated contractor for significantly less. Why pay more for the same quality service?

All seemed to go well, although I wasn't warned about rust-colored water from the hot tap, which cleared out over a short time. Also, 1 toilet leak was missed. Otherwise, the inspection confirmed 2 other leaks in bathroom sinks, and all details were explained well.

Perfect! The technician, Robert, was punctual, courteous, and did an excellent job, to include adjusting the remote control that was causing some problems. Would hire again in a heart beat! Thanks again Robert, for a job well done!

It went good. They were thorough and found that the furnace was seeping Co2 and natural gas. It was not what we wanted to hear, but I'm glad they found that before anything happened. Thank you Parkey's for making sure we are kept safe. They didn't charge us for the service, because we are buying a new furnace for the house. We had Parkey's install and A/C unit when we moved here 5 years ago and they service both our furnace and A/C every year. Contact Parkey's for all of your heating and A/C needs.

We have used Parkey's in the past and have been satisfied with their work. They were consistently reliable.

3:00 pm: I am sitting at my work and get a panicked call from my wife telling me that our water heater is spraying water all over our utility room and that the world is ending. 3:20 pm: After driving like a manic and narrowly missing death on multiple occasions, I arrive home to find our utility room soaked, and our hot water heater dead. 3:30 pm: Fearing a night without hot water (the horror!), I call Parkeys and they indicate that an installer is available after-hours for an additional fee, and that I could get this thing fixed within a couple hours. I say, "Sign me up." 5:15 pm: Keith shows up at my door with a new hot water heater. Keith is friendly, professional, answers my questions, and begins working once he finishes talking to me. 7:30 pm: Keith finishes, we review the work, and celebrate the restoration of our hot water. 8:30 pm: My kids take showers and go to bed. Finally, some peace and quiet. I sit down and enjoy a good Colorado IPA. This ended a lot better than it could have.

Very well....The gas fireplace in my home is about 15 years old and it seemed in good working condition, but wanted to be safe for the winter. I had a surplus log and material, so replaced the material and the ceramic logs, and the technician stated that they were designed for a different fireplace. However, he was able to check the function and they worked fine. Good information to know going forward as well as possible issues in the future and what to do about it.

They cleaned the gas fireplace. The punctuality was excellent. He was very punctual, very polite. He took great care with my carpeting so that nothing would like get on the carpeting. He was just very professional and just did a great job. I was very pleased.

Robert was the Technician who came to my house. He was very through, on time, professional and did a good job. I would definitely use Robert and Parkey's again for my Heating and Plumbing needs. Very pleased with the work that was done.

It did not go. We have an appointment for 8:00am yesterday September 14. I got to the house before 8, we don't leave there, we are selling the house. To make the story short I called them because it was after 8:30 and I was still waiting for the guy to show. That is when I was told that he was not coming, that they tried to reach us over the last two days because they have some kind of emergency and needed to reschedule the appointment. Needless to say how upset I was. When I asked what phone number she was calling ,the phone number she gave me I do not know. I have no idea how they have a wrong number when they have, I guess, caller id because she new the phone number that I was calling from. Just to be clear my husband made that appointment so they should have had his phone number. At the end I had to reschedule because we already paid for the job and that was the most upsetting thing.

It went fabulously! From the phone call to request service to the completion of the job, everything went extremely well. The person who answered the phone was friendly & very helpful. The serviceman, Brian, called to give us his arrival time. Brian was on time, friendly, professional and had us fixed up in not time! Great job and provided us with the necessary information to feel comfortable & know the city inspector would be by the next day for his inspection. City inspector told us it was a really good job and it passed with flying colors! Great job, Brian! Thanks

It was fine, good "A". There were no additional costs. On the price, the deal was good, I don't know their actual cost.
