"Very courteous and did an excellent job stripping and replacing the wallpaper. We are very happy with his work!"

"We initially got estimates from several different painters; the prices were reasonable but there were a number of problems: not licensed, bonded and insured, or they wanted money up front to pay for paint, or they wouldn't guarantee their work. We went with Paint Doctor because those issues were all addressed. Their estimate was at the higher end of the scale but well worth the added security. Juan Sanchez (3 person crew) was our painter. He is skilled and knows his business and, most importantly, showed patience and diligence to complete the job. We required kitchen, hall, family, dining and living rooms plus one bedroom painted. They painted over wallpaper in 2 rooms and had to deal with 25' vaulted ceilings plus skylights and working around long wooden beams. Mr. Sanchez sealed exposed seams in the 30 yr old wallpaper and attended to the detailed touch up work, additional coats of paint, and all the plastic coverings and cleanup. We were fairly exacting. Mr. Sanchez handled every request competently and professionally. Coordination between the onsite crew and our Paint Doctor point of contact, Mr. Joseph Wooldridge, was seamless and professional. If you need the job done right with the security of a 10-year guarantee from a licensed, bonded, insured paint company, we would recommend the Paint Doctor. You might get lucky with a smaller crew but there are too many risks. Our painters did a beautiful job; if we need more painted later they will be our first call-"

"Very detailed work and high quality painters. These guys take their time and do it right."

"Nathan did a fantastic job. He has a great attention to detail and not only identifies imperfections that can affect the overall quality of the finished product, but looks for cost effective remedies. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and the results were fantastic. Nathan has completed other carpentry projects for us and we have always been very happy with his work."

"El Toro did a spectacular job for us. Our house is fairly large (7,000 sq. ft.) and they painted every single room including the garage. I am extremely particular about work done on my home and these guys met and exceeded my expectations. Gustavo keeps a very close eye on his crews but in this case that probably wasn't necessary because the crew and their foreman, Lupe, worked extremely hard and took exceptional care of our belongings. We took every picture off the walls along with all the switch and outlet plates and they didn't lose or misplace anything. I will absolutely hire El Toro for any of my future painting or construction needs and will recommend them to any friends or family needing work done...thank you El Toro!!!"

"Great job.. Everyone very informative worth the price paid.. any future work need I will most definitely be using them!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

"Did a great job. They fixed a "self help" project. Very prompt. Thanks"

"Several years ago we replaced our upstairs bathroom flooring....using a friend. We realize he didn't know what he was doing when he put the toilet back in. Years later we have ugly mold/fungus on our downstairs ceiling and between the floors. I saw a referral here, on Nextdoor, to use Shawn Turano of PROPERTY RESTORATION SOLUTIONS. Great referral! He really knows how to handle dangerous molds, utilizing HEPA requirements, etc. He gave us a reasonable bid, adhered to it, did an outstanding job and solved our problem. If you need property/disaster restoration from a flood, fire, smoke, mold, or general contracting needs, I can honestly refer Shawn. Here is his number: 719-650-5895."

"Great friendly people. Very efficient and affordable. Work is A+ quality. Recommend anyone looking for handyman or remodel project to definitely have them give you a bid."
