Rick and his team painted my home and it looks great! I wanted certain colors and Rick sent me to look at another house with the colors I wanted and my home looks awesome! Working with Rick was really easy... best paint job ever!

Arrived on time, set up a plastic clean zone before starting the popcorn ceiling repair job. This company is the best at ensuring your drywall or ceiling or wall repairs are completed perfectly. We can’t tell there were ever huge holes in the ceiling after they were done. I strongly recommend Royal Pre Paint for all your interior drywall work and painting. They also cleaned up very well after they completed the job.

Our church hired Royal Premium to repair exterior stucco. Rick was very prompt in coming to provide an estimate and patient in waiting for the church elder approvals. The price was very affordable and the work was excellent. Great company to work with.

I hired Rick's company Royal Premium Paint, after another company broke things first day and did not show for two other days. We were up against time as we had one last week when sunny days and temps were good and we found Rick and his company. Rick was able to schedule us and his crew, Poli Patricia and Javi were on time and professional and did a superb job for less than the bad contractor wanted! The job included replacing some damaged by hail siding panels and lots of trim as well as doing all the caulking between brick and wood etc. They removed signs and street numbers and replaced them perfectly. We had the doors painted and the shed filled caulked and painted as well. They were attentive to details, very professional and fast, The house looks great - no regrets!

Recently I used them to paint the interior of my sister's 1,500 sq ft condo as well as the ceiling. Each time, the painting crews that Rick sent were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. Rick has always responded quickly and sent his men to complete the jobs as quickly as possible. The men have treated my property as if it were their own. Rick always checks their work before he contacts me for approval. It doesn't hurt that their workmanship is top-notch, either!

We hired them for Stucco repair. Big mistake! Did not come close to matching existing color. In my opinion it was intentional so that we would have to paint the entire house. Lesson learnedâ ¦ donâ t use a paint company for stucco repair.
