Clay went above and beyond to explain everything that caused my emergency leak/s, he identified the source of my ongoing plumbing emergencies that the previous plumbers couldn't figure out--AND THAT PREVIOUS OWNER DIDN'T DISCLOSE--nor did 3 inspectors to buying this house.
